Archive By Alexa Has Arrived! And GO
Space has been cleared in our wardrobes, our credit cards have been prepped and now, after much anticipation, the day is finally here. Yes, Archive by Alexa, the 31-piece collection hand-picked by the Chung herself, has landed — and you can shop it, like, now.
Of course, I’ve got my eye on the pieces Alexa’s already showcased so wonderfully herself on Instagram. For the collection launch during London Fashion Week in February, she modelled the Frances Trench, a double-breasted beauty of a coat in khaki with a very reasonable price tag of £89. It’s a real outfit-maker that’s downright practical too.
Underneath, the model, TV presenter and British style icon opted for the soft pink Harry Blouse, which originally sold in 1982. It’s also easy on the wallet, costing just £35, and that high-necked, pie-crust collar makes for a truly dreamy New Romantic vibe.
“I have always had an affection for Marks & Spencer” said Chung of bringing the archive pieces back to life. “There was something very touching about looking back through the British fashion and social history for which M&S is synonymous”. It’s safe to say this is one high-street collaboration for that won’t disappoint. In an ideal world, I’d take it all.
